We pride ourselves on providing clients with an on-farm, evidenced based service and offering practical and innovative solutions to challenges faced in modern broiler production. We offer an efficient laboratory service, including an extensive range of in-house testing: serology, PCR testing and bacteriology which is supported by veterinary analysis, reporting and strategic advice.
In order to deliver tailored solutions to our clients, we believe in regular site visits at an affordable price. Farm visits by both vets and fieldsman are provided depending on the disease or production issue. The use of in-house fieldsman reduces costs should a vet not be required or requested, for example for blood sampling. We provide this service through our extensive network of branches.
As a forward thinking team, we have developed the concept to provide a holistic set of solutions that are tailored to individual farms. Our research into alternatives to antimicrobials has allowed us to provide our client base with a range of essential oils, probiotics and organic acids aimed at improving bird health through supporting the microbiome.
Our vets work closely with retailers to ensure that the production chain is coherent and that all areas of the supply chain understand the needs and challenges faced by the other parts.

Layers
The layer industry is a very important part of our services and we provide veterinary services to all sectors, from hatchery to adult layer. We offer a complete range of veterinary services and focus on providing tailored veterinary health plans for our clients. Farm visits and laboratory diagnostic work are planned to maximize the birds’ health and welfare. As with broilers, the most important area are the farm visits, and the national spread of our practices allows all layer and pullet rearers to have a veterinary service at an affordable cost. Our expertise in all sectors and sizes of poultry production ensures we are able to advise clients on the present and future challenges and provide innovative solutions that suit individual farms. Our field service is particularly important to our layer client in offering on farm vaccination, biosecurity advice, developing cleaning protocols and helping with water system administration. Our clients can view documents, serology and post-mortem reports from their own farms through our secure password protected client management system.
Clients can choose to have an annual fee based on a range of services at different costs, as well as developing their own tailored service level. We also organise training events which can be on the farm. Whatever your requirements as a layer farmer or pullet rearer, we are here to help.
