How to send samples
Below you can download the submission form that should accompany all samples and where you can include all the details about the animal (signalment, clinical signs) and tests requested. If you do not see the test you want on our submission form, do not worry, it is very likely we can still offer it. Check our price list or feel free to give us a call.
Below you can also find the link to download the free postage label. This will save you the time to write the address on the parcel and the money to ship the sample.
If your practice is located in a different state or several miles away from our office, give us a call; we might be able to arrange with our couriers to collect the samples at your doorstep.
