Returns and Refunds

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. Each request will be handled reasonably and fairly. We believe when treating our customers fairly and respectfully that they, in turn, are polite and fair with us.

 

Due to sanitary reasons The Meraki Nail’s products are Non-refundable

 

Custom Made Products: Any custom products CAN NOT be returned. Therefore, accept certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, rhinestones, jewels, beads and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.  

 

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you a complimentary replacement set, it falls under below criteria:

*Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
*Parcels that is lost in transit.


Defects: We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each set is checked several times. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email meraki_nails@outlook.com your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right for you.

 

On receiving order: We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).


Note: Our couriers will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
