This is not cool! We’ve either packed it wrong or it’s coming in more than one parcel, or is lost in the post. If your expected delivery date has passed, then please contact us by going to ‘contact us’ and we will sort it for you.
If you have placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we’re very sorry. This will usually be because the stock wasn’t in the warehouse when we came to process your order. Please follow the instructions sent to your email.

Application Guidelines
1.Clean your nails and keep them clean and dry
2.Choose 10 false nails closest to the size of each of your fingernails, ensuring that your fingertips are polished and smoothed
3.Cut the glue off after opening the lid, and place a generous amount of glue on the back of the each nail
4.Align the nails carefully under cuticle and press down firmly
Professional Guidelines
1.The more glue you apply the longer the nails will stay on and will extend wear time.
2.Push back cuticles prior to applying for best results.
3.Wipe glue off the Meraki Nails immediately with a cloth if over-gluing occurs.
*Do not use lotions or oils before applying.
*Always apply glue to the back of the Meraki nails when reapplying.
Removal Guidelines
1.Gently push under the Meraki Nail to lift the sides. If ready, the entire Meraki Nail will come off instantly.
2.You can also soak your fingertips in hot water for a few minutes to help soften the nails if required.
3.To avoid damage to your nails and to preserve your Meraki Nail set, never pull or force the nails off
