1.B.P.C reserves the right to refuse travel if the driver deems the client to be a danger as a passenger due to drink, drugs or any other substance.

2. We will accept no responsibility for travel if there is a mechanical breakdown with the drivers vehicle. However the driver will do everything in the company powers to supply an alternative vehicle for onward travel. All our vehicles are council checked and are kept to e highest level of reliability.

3.it is at the companies discretion as to wether payment is taken prior to the travel date for airport/seaport/London pickups. The client will be made aware of this at the time of booking. Payments for all journeys are to be made at your destination by paying the driver directly.

4.We will not not be responsible for any loss whatsoever resulting from errors or omissions in the information provided by the client.

5.We will make every effort to provide a professional service with minimum inconvenience. However we will not accept any liability for circumstances beyond our control that may prevent SBC from executing this service. Such as accidents and road works causing major traffic delays. Following procedures or requests from the law. Extraordinary changes to flight times etc. Or any other situation that will affect our service to you.

6. will accept no responsibility for damage or loss of any personal equipment including baggage or hand luggage however caused or lost while under our control.

7. festive period prices. From midday on the 24th December through to midday on the 26th December and midday on the 30th December to midday 2nd January all prices will be doubled. All bookings made for these dates must be paid in advance.
