Payment Questions

You can pay by credit/debit card or by cash to the driver on the day. We accept all major cards including American Express as payment.there is a £5 charge for using the credit card facility 

 

Yes, the price we say is the price you pay.

The email used to book the travel will be sent a receipt upon confirmation of the booking, and again on confirming the payment.

That is entirely up to the customer. We pride ourselves on the highest quality service, and tips are welcome but in no way necessary.

Route Questions

Yes, Unfortunately, we are unable to find the terminal number for you.

We appreciate your day may be busy and so our driver might have to wait longer than usual. Normally, this will not be a problem, so long as we are told in advance when to expect you.

Our driver will be in the arrivals hall with an iPad displaying your name and will monitor your flight so if the flight is running early or late we will always be there on time

General Questions

An executive estate vehicle would be the best option as a collapsible wheelchair will fit easily in the back with luggage and we always help our customers with luggage and entering and exiting the vehicles if needed 

Absolutely, we take safety very seriously and have a variety of sizes available. We ask that you let us know if you are travelling with a child and we will make appropriate accomodations for them if needed or alternatively you can use your own child seats and we will store them until we collect you from the airport 

All of our cars are within 5 years old, full MOT, fully commercially insured and cleaned daily. All our drivers have a full UK category B drivers license, are insured to drive commercially and are registered with the DFI. We also perform compulsory background checks on all drivers and all drivers under go a full DBS check in accordance with a drivers licence
