We’re all busy in our own organisations and coupled with funding cuts to public services, partnership working remains a challenge for many organisations. That’s why we’ll ensure there’s pro-active liaison and follow up with GPs, Health Services, Housing Providers, Fire Authorities and local services, so everyone’s on the same page - with the right information, at the right time.
Raising awareness and support for hoarding is one of our key aims. We offer free talks and presentations for frontline staff – housing providers, social services, emergency services, safeguarding teams, commissioners, hospital discharge staff and local voluntary sector agencies.
We offer 1 to 1 in-home support and therapy sessions, typically up to 12-15 sessions per referral, but depending on the level of hoarding more sessions are available.
Everyone thinks it wont happen to them, until it does. Hoarded properties present a greater fire risk to both occupiers and neighbouring properties. Don’t take risks with people’s lives. Contact us urgently so we can help you mitigate any fire and home safety risks.
We offer a free telephone and email advice service for frontline teams, service providers and clients coming to us directly. No matter where you are on your hoarding journey, we want to ensure you have the right information and support available to make the best decisions.
We design and deliver creative, clever and high impact workshops. Our workshops cost as little as £26-50.00 per person. We come to you - saving you time, money and effort! See our Workshops page for more details.
We can offer expert help on a range of hoarding issues specific to your organisation or sector. From general advice, to embedding the right culture/awareness or developing fit for purpose policy and procedures. Whatever your challenge, we can add fresh thinking and insight to your projects or ideas.
No matter how hard you try, things will sometimes go wrong in any organisation. We offer management case reviews to help you learn from previous cases or complaints and support you with real world organisational learning.
This service is for the rare cases heading to Court where a Social Housing/Council tenancy is at risk. Going to Court without specialist support may result in a disrepair counter claim, wasted costs or both. Our independent and impartial Professional Witness Service (PWS) will help you achieve the right outcome - be it an Injunction (Access Order), Suspended or an Outright Possession Order.
