Rachel looked after our 2 darling 13 year old girl kitties, whom are... very fussy about their food and where they sleep. We decided after a bad experience putting the cats in a cattery that having someone to offer home care would be the best option. We've had previous kitty sitters but Rachel has been second to none. Our kitties really made friends with her, she followed our care instructions to a t and the girls were very happy and chilled when we got home, as if we'd never left. Five stars, thank you Rachel.. We will be back!

Rachel looked after my kittens over the New year weekend and was pleased with how they were looked after, she sent me regular updates and photos so I could enjoy my holiday without worrying. She came to meet us before hand and the kittens took to her straight away,  I will be using Rachel again in the summer

Rachel looked after my cat Lily over the Christmas period and I couldn't have been more happy with the service she provided. Lily can have a nervous disposition and Rachel made every effort to make sure Lily was happy, including offering the meet and greet session where she demonstrated how well she got on with Lily and put my mind at ease at having someone come into my home to look after her. Rachel promised to send WhatsApp pictures every day that she was able, and it was very reassuring to be able to see how Lily was doing. She went in every day to feed and socialise with Lily, even on Christmas day. I definitely feel that Rachel went "above and beyond" in making sure Lily's needs were well cared for, and I will definitely be booking her again when I go away.

Rachel really looked after Sammy whilst I was away. He was so relaxed when I came home and he'd enjoyed all the treats he'd had! Rachel messaged me to let me know how he was getting on so I was able to enjoy my holiday without worrying about him. I came home to flowers and a card and the bin was even empty! Rachel looked after our two cats - Padmè and Thor - recently and I can honestly say she was brilliant! We came home to find two happy, stress free cats who had obviously loved being pampered and played with by Rachel. The box of chocolates and card which we found on our return, was an unexpected but very lovely touch too.
Rachel most definitely has a 'way with' cats and I will definitely use her services again.

Rachel was absolutely brilliant, I could not praise her enough. Reliable, kind and went out of her way for our cat. Her twice daily updates kept us all reassured and happy. She also dealt with a horrible present the cat brought in! I felt like we were in really safe hands, and not only that, I felt Rachel offered lots of time to play and treat Blackberry while we were away (making me feel less guilty about our holiday). A huge thank you to Rachel - and Tailster too for providing such a wonderful carer for our cat while we were away. I would not hesitate to use Rachel again!

"Rachel is a very friendly lady who obviously loves cats. She looked after our cat whilst we were on holiday & took good care of him. He is diabetic & needs insulin injections twice a day and Rachel was quite happy to do this. Definitely would ask her again."
