Yes of course! If you like the centrepiece of the vintage theme but want everything else
from the white theme, we can take elements of other themes and make them work for you.
Yes. We supply origami favour boxes free as part of your package to put them in.
If the venue allows, we will put some things up the night before. But the majority will be
set up that morning.
No! We do everything. You just need to leave and we'll take care of everything.
Please see our "what we offer" page. If you would like to know more, please drop us a
message.
It's something we will look into doing soon, but for now please see our "recommended"
page. For the caterers we know and trust.

Yes! We are Hampshire based, any journeys over 30 miles will incur a petrol charge. We
will invoice you with the fuel used, and not a drop more. But we are happy to travel
anywhere.
Yes, we insist! We need to know as much about you and your big day as possible. We like
to hear from you at the planning stage for you to see our brochure (which has more photos
than our website), and for you to ask any questions. Once you have paid a deposit (£100) to
secure your date, we need to see or hear from you again to finalise details including your
table plan, place settings and colour schemes. (For those living further afield we are more
than happy to use Skype and email).
We need a holding deposit of £100 to secure your date. The full balance needs to be paid
no less than 48 hours before the wedding. (We accept split payments to help monthly
budgeting) as well as a £100 damage deposit. The £100 damage deposit will be refunded
after the wedding. In the rare instance of breakage, damage or theft we will deduct the
value of the item and include an invoice for your records.
We most certainly can invite them to attend the meet and greet with, or just after us. The
bar we can organise for you, no charge. We use a reputable mobile trader (see our
recommended page).
Ideally no less than 5 hours. The quantity of people at the event will reduce or extend the
set up time. As will the state of the venue. More simple venues will require more to make
them look as good as they can be.
