This exciting and challenging role as a registered manager / manager for a fast-paced Care agency.  This is an established organisation with a great reputation for supporting members of staff of all levels to grow and develop to reach their full potential. This is a rare opportunity to work with a very supportive team delivering the best of person centred care. There will be training available to bring your core training certificates up to date – for example Health and safety, safeguarding, first aid.

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role and environment leading a team with a positive can- do work ethic. The role is office based within a comfortable and upbeat local area office with access to parking.

You will Ideally already be qualified with a level 5 qualification or ready and able to start a qualification of this level immediately.

Main duties include:

• To provide leadership of the care deliver and people management functions

• To maintain the operations of service at the standard agreed

• Leading team meeting and communicating the company vision

• Minimise legal risks

• Encourage innovative methods for the delivery of the service

• Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary health teams to maximise opportunity for clients

• Evaluate care plans for quality control and personalisation

• Promote positive and effective ways of team working on a regular basis

• Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture

• Share in the development of strategic plans for the organisation

• To ensure that all regulatory requirements are met

Care Coorinator

This is a great opportunity for an experienced care coordinator wishing to build upon their current experience. The organisation is fast paced, forward thinking and diverse with a comfortable and local office with parking. This is an organisation that invests in the right training and development opportunities for all members of staff allowing them to flourish in their roles.

A care coordinator with a very good working knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety is a requirement. You will however be fully supported by a registered manager and deputy manager

You will be office based but you will be able to take a break form the office to enter the working field to meet with some great carers and clients. Everyday will be different and varied giving you the opportunity to develop and showcase your fantastic organisational skills.

Effective communication skills are one of the most important attributes that you will possess. You will be the main point of contact for the staff and clients, so you must establish positive ways of working.

Main duties include:

• To provide support and feedback to the senior carer and management team in line with company policy

• Minimise legal risks

• Actively monitoring the delivery of care within the community with a focus on safeguarding, deprivations of liberty, health and safety concerns and reporting where required

• Systematically solve day-to-day problematic issues that arise with staff and clients

• Work closely with the registered and deputy manager for direction and to receive support

• Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary health teams to maximise opportunity for clients

• Ensure service user rights are protected

• Being aware of staff training needs

• Working with an administrator to organise and manage staff rotas

• Ensure carers and senior carers are delivering a quality service

• Recording daily activity using company systems

• Evaluate care plans for quality control and personalisation through spot checks

• Promote positive and effective ways of working

• Uphold an open, positive and inclusive communication style

• Participate in the maintenance of the agency management information systems

• Managing members of the team that work under you to ensure compliance
