You will Ideally already be qualified with a level 5 qualification or ready and able to start a qualification of this level immediately.
Main duties include:
To provide leadership of the care deliver and people management functions

Actively monitoring the delivery of care within the community with a focus on safeguarding, deprivations of liberty, health and safety concerns and reporting where required
Systematically solve day-to-day problematic issues that arise with staff and clients
Work closely with the registered and deputy manager for direction and to receive support
Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary health teams to maximise opportunity for clients
Ensure service user rights are protected
Being aware of staff training needs
Working with an administrator to organise and manage staff rotas
Ensure carers and senior carers are delivering a quality service
Recording daily activity using company systems
Evaluate care plans for quality control and personalisation through spot checks
Promote positive and effective ways of working
Uphold an open, positive and inclusive communication style
Participate in the maintenance of the agency management information systems
Managing members of the team that work under you to ensure compliance
