Aroma Hot Stone Massage (75 minutes) £45
Heated stones formed from volcanic origin, Basalt, are incorporated in this unique form of massage, a deeply soothing and relaxing treatment.
Full Swedish Body Massage (60 minutes) £40
A firm, invigorating massage ideal for back pain and muscle tension. Using Effleurage - stroking, Petrissage - kneading, wringing and Tapotement - hacking, beating, pounding.
Aromatherapy Massage (60 minutes) £45
Aromatherapy massage uses essential oil blends of plants, chosen for their therapeutic values, which enter the body by absorption through the pores of the skin and through the olfactory system (sense of smell). This massage is very gentle.
Indian Head Massage (30 mins) £15
An Indian Head Massage dispels stress, relieves tension in the neck, head and shoulders and promotes healthy hair. It is a safe and extremely effective form of massage that can assist hair growth and also provide relief from aches and pains.
Reflexology (60 minutes) £45
By applying pressure to specific areas of the feet, depending on how long a condition has been present, reflexology can improve or eliminate many ailments during a course of 4-6 weekly treatments.
Reiki (45 minutes) £40
Reiki works on the Chakras to heal the energy blockages in the body and restore the body back to health, along with healing emotional traumas thus balancing mind, body and soul.
Shamanic Healing (45 minutes) £40
Working at your soul level, with the use of my medicine wheel, drum, rattle, chimes, chanting and song, as well as sacred smudge, I will work to restore balance to your being.
