Responsive and helpful conveyancing
Regina and the team at Scollans were very responsive and helpful throughout my shared ownership sale and our purchase of a new home. Clear guidance was provided at all stages and emails and phone calls were followed up very promptly which was really appreciated. The cost was just as quoted too. Was buying my first property and my Dad recommended I use J Scollan as the property lawyers. Being my first property, I did not have a lot of knowledge about the processes of buying property or fully understand the legal side of things, but J Scollan were very patient with me explaining all I would need to know and any questions I had were well answered. As things with the purchase progressed I was always kept updated on what was going on and what was needed from me to move things forward. A fantastic company, would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful friendly service
As first time buyers we were clueless when it came to everything involved with buying a property. From the beginning, everyone at J Scollan (especially Regina) were always helpful. Every time we sent an email, or called, they responded in good time and chased up our vendors (at times) very difficult solicitors to push our sale along.
If we ever we were to buy again I wouldn't hesitate to use J Scollan again and I've already recommended them to several friends.

We used Regina when we were buying and selling a property
We used Regina when we were selling our house in Isleworth and she was brilliant. Her no-nonsense, pragmatic approach really helped us through what was a fairly arduous process and her fees were competitive. We used her again a few months later whilst purchasing our current house, despite moving out of the area. She advised on many issues - including one with our rental property - and the whole purchase went really smoothly. She is efficient, straight-talking and has a good sense of humour which was much needed at times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and would definitely use her again in the future.
