About Recruitment Consultant

My client is currently looking to hire 2 experienced recruitment consult for their  recruitment consultancy based in Birmingham.

You will be an experienced recruitment consultant and become a part of the new sales team focusing on permanent  and temporary positions across various sectors.

As a recruitment consultant you will be sourcing new clients, specifying their requirements and finding the best possible candidates to fill the available roles.

You will attract new business by sourcing the right candidates for the client requirements.

This will ensure you can provide an exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will be set KPIs and targets to achieve personal and team goals.
